Our Story

Wild Country Fine Foods (NZ) Ltd commenced operation in 1995. It all started with the idea of using interesting bottles to compliment the range of flavoured olive oils and vinegars that were developed for the ever changing gourmet palate.

Wild Country expanded its operation in 1998 and became a leading handmade condiments manufacturer and introduced a range of chutneys, jams, marmalatas and aiolis developing recipes and introducing New Zealanders to new tastes.

Wild Country products use only the best ingredients and we do not add artificial colours or preservatives.

Angelique and her husband Stephen (who also has a passion for food) are based in rural Waikato New Zealand. With their joint marketing and advertising experience, Wild Country is growing both locally and internationally.

OUR FACTORY

Located in rural Te Kowhai just North of Hamilton City. We welcome groups to visit by appointment for a tour and tasting. If you would like to arrange for a group visit to our premises please complete a contact form.
