Flavoursome seasonings for meat, poultry and fish. These are the ideal condiment for grilling, barbequing roasting or frying, being easy to use and offering brilliant flavour. Great for people short of time and big on taste.

Flavours include:
Chicken & Lamb - 50g
A mixture of rosemary lavender, garlic and celery salt makes this blend an aromatic partner to grilled chicken, lamb cutlets or added to the roast vegetables such as a medley of desiree potatoes, kumara and pumpkin. Drizzle a little olive oil over to crisp up the skins before roasting.

Seafood - 50g
Try with John Dory, Salmon or King Fish. This rub has the addition of french tarragon which is a wonderful flavour marriage with fish. Use a little not a lot with this particular rub as it is very aromatic.

BBQ Beef - 50g
A rub blend with oreganum, cocoa, chilli. Stir fry beef or chicken pieces with this rub and roll into warm tortillas with lashings of Roast Tomato & Cumin Chutney, refried beans and guacamole.
