Lemon Passion - 220g With the addition of passionfruit to a lemon curd base, this curd has a distinctively different flavour. A favourite for us, is fill mini shortcrust pastry shells with a little marscapone cream, top with the Lemon Passion Curd and if in season a whole raspberry or a slice of fresh strawberry.	$9.50
New Zealand Black Raspberry & Vanilla Jam A delightful addition to toasted bagel & cream cheese. I love adding a spoon into the middle of muffin batter for a tasty surprise encased in hot muffins.	$8.00
Cranberry Orange & Port Sauce - 220g The ideal condiment to a roast turkey or added to the stuffing mixture. I also make a delicious snacking pizza by spreading the sauce on a plain pizza base and adding a little crumbled blue cheese and small shreds of smoked chicken breast. Great with a glass of vino!	$8.00
Reserve Quince Paste - 240g Made from hand picked locally grown fruit. An ideal condiment to enjoy with soft cheese such as brie, washed rind or stronger aged cheeses. Use to glaze duck breast or in a tart - see our recipes section for more ideas...	$8.00
