This is the easiest salad to throw together with a few ingredients. If you're in a rush just use a bag of salad mix, some sprouts, sliced spring onions or red onion and improvise so you have crunch, sweet, salty and sour. You can add crispy noodles too.
Cook 1 cup of orzo pasta (or alternatively if you can't source this locally I use San Remo Rizoni which is pretty identical) in plenty of boiling salted water which you add about 1 tsp of turmeric to to colour yellow.
